- Final year transcription pass rate of 60% and above for all subjects
- Pursuing BSc / BEng or other degrees relevant to the mining industry at preferred tertiary institutions
- Minimum pass rate of 60% and above for all subjects in the current year of study
- Good communication skills
- Strong supervisory, management, and leadership skills
- Computer literacy
- Preference is given to local area applicants meeting minimum criteria
- Ability to obtain a valid Barberton Mines medical fitness certificate within 21 days of accepting the offer
- Clean criminal record (security clearance certificate required)
