Corteva Agriscience is now accepting applications for their prestigious Bursary Programme for the 2025 academic year. This opportunity is open to South African students pursuing agricultural qualifications at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Bursary Application Closing Date: 31 October 2024

Bursary Details

• Full coverage of tuition fees, textbooks, accommodation (including university-accredited residence), and research costs

• Undergraduate funding: Up to R95,000 per annum
• Postgraduate funding: Up to R125,000 per annum
• Direct payment to the student's tertiary institution account

Application Outcome: Shortlisted candidates will be notified by 20 December 2024. If you don't receive feedback by this date, consider your application unsuccessful.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• South African citizenship
• Full-time enrollment in an agricultural qualification
• Completed 1st year of study, entering 2nd year or higher in 2025
• Studying at a recognized South African tertiary institution
• Strong academic record
• No other bursaries or funding for 2025 (except NSFAS)
• Unemployed status
• Demonstrable financial need
• Willingness to engage in vacation work with Corteva
• Agreement to sign a bursary contract with Corteva
• Preference for studies aligned with AgriSETA Sectoral Priority Occupations List

4. Tertiary fee statements (institution letterhead)
