- Financial Investment Advisor
- Insurance Agent

- Insurance Loss Adjuster
- Sales and Marketing Manager

Bursary Coverage and Obligations
The INSETA ISSF Bursary covers key educational expenses, with varying benefits depending on the applicant’s employment status:
- Unemployed Applicants: Tuition fees, textbooks, accredited accommodation, and technological devices (such as laptops where applicable)
- Employed Applicants: Tuition fees and textbooks, awarded on a sliding scale
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 60 days after the application closing date. If you do not hear back within this period, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Eligibility Criteria for INSETA ISSF Bursary
To qualify for the INSETA ISSF Bursary, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have completed Matric
- Be either unemployed (aged 18–35) or employed (no age restriction)
- Be studying or intending to study at a recognized South African tertiary institution, ideally in the insurance or related sectors
- Not be receiving any other form of bursary funding
How to Apply for the INSETA ISSF Bursary
Applications for the INSETA ISSF Bursary must be submitted online. After completing the application form, applicants are required to upload clear copies of the following documentation:
- South African ID (certified, within 3 months)
- Matric Certificate (certified)
- Most Recent Academic Record (on institution’s letterhead)
- Acceptance Letter (on institution’s letterhead)
- Proof of Registration (if applicable)
- Course Fee Quotation (on institution’s letterhead)
- Completed ISSF POPIA Consent Form (.pdf)
Additional documents for employed and unemployed applicants include employment letters or agreements, proof of guardians’ income, and accommodation quotations (where applicable). Ensure all documents are named in the format “Initials+Document Name” and submitted in a zipped folder.
