The Bank Better Champion Learnership Programme is designed to welcome clients and efficiently coordinate branch operations through effective queue management. Participants will provide excellent client service, assist clients at ATMs, and facilitate transactions on remote or self-service channels. This program aims to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for a career in service consulting.

Required Education

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

Experience

  • No prior experience is required; however, applicants must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
