Purpose of the Bursary: The Shoprite Bursary aims at attracting and funding future Trainee Retail Managers who aspire to pursue a management career in the largest retailer in Africa. This bursary serves as a stepping stone into the company and guarantees a career with the group upon successful completion of the course.

As a Graduate, you will be joining the largest distributor of grocery products in Africa.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Diploma in Retail Business Management
  • 65%+ Aggregate
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th (Advanced Diploma) academic year
  • South African citizen
  • 27 years old and younger
