Tronox Holdings: Bursaries 2024

Tronox is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2024 academic year.

Fields of study:

Bursaries will be awarded for undergraduate studies (B Eng/ BSc Degree/ B Tech Advanced Diploma), within the following fields:

• Chemical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Geology
• Instrumentation & Control
• Mechanical Engineering
• Metallurgical Engineering
• Mining Engineering
• Process Safety Engineering
• Survey

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying:

• You must be a South African citizen
• You must have completed Matric
• You must be studying towards one of the qualifications listed above
• You must be in your 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of study in 2024
• You must be registered at a recognised and accredited University or University of Technology in South Africa
• Preference will be given to students residing in local communities surrounding the Tronox Namakwa Sands sites (Saldanha and Matzikama Municipalities)
